A little more magic in their childhood

Hi, I’m Amy, founder of Mixy Mixy Moo and mum of two little girls.

Mixy started in my own home a few months after having my second baby. I was looking for an easy at-home activity that would genuinely keep my older daughter engaged while I fed, and settled my baby. Something screen-free, easy to pull out and, most importantly, something she would actually want to keep playing with.

The name? Mixy Mixy Moo came from home too. Whenever my daughter and I baked together, with every stir of the bowl we’d say “mixy, mixy, moo!” When I decided to share our love of mixing and potion play with other families, it felt like the perfect name.

After months of mixing, testing and tweaking with my own little ones, our Magic Fizz and Kits were born.

I've designed Mixy to encourage little hands to develop fine motor skills, creativity, curiosity, imaginative play and independence through scooping, pouring, squeezing, stirring and experimenting. Our Magic Fizz is made using non-toxic ingredients, and all you need to start the magic is water.

There’s no right way to make a Mixy potion. We want little imaginations to lead the way.

Mixy truly started around our family table, and now I get to share a little piece of that magic from my home to yours.
