Express Post - 

Need your Mixy magic a little sooner? Express Post is available at checkout for orders within Australia.

Express orders placed before 12pm on business days will be prioritised for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

Once dispatched, Australia Post's estimated Express Post delivery times are:

• Victoria: approximately 1–2+ business days
• Interstate: approximately 1–3+ business days

Please note that these are Australia Post delivery estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, peak periods, public holidays, weather or other delays outside of our control.

All Mixy Mixy Moo orders are shipped via Australia Post, with parcels collected on weekdays.

Once your order has been packed and is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your Mixy delivery right to your door. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and Australia Post’s current delivery timeframes.

Once your parcel has been handed over to Australia Post, delivery is outside of our control and Mixy Mixy Moo cannot be held responsible for delays experienced in transit.

If you do experience any issues with your delivery, please reach out to us. We’ll always do our best to help and work with Australia Post to get things sorted as quickly as possible.

Local Delivery

If you have a postcode of, 3340 or 3337 in Western Victoria, we can hand deliver your order for free. Simply enter this postcode at checkout and you will not be charged. We also offer free shipping Australia wide with any purchase over $120.

Unclaimed Parcels

Please keep an eye on your tracking. If your order is unclaimed and returned to us, we will only refund your order minus the shipping fee. If you received free shipping, our standard $12 shipping cost will be excluded from your refund. We also reserve the right to charge the customer for any return postage charges for unclaimed items.
